afer eating there this week i was very disappointed with the food, the southeren fried chicken was very dry as were the beans that came with it, the food was luke warm at best as there was a few of us the food turned up very very quickly making me think it was just sitting around hence the dryness.The saving grace for this place was the waiter who was very good at his job, sorry to say we wont be eating there again when there are so many other places to eat at lakeside that are far better.

The waiters were the best thing about this "meal". The Food was Shocking, it was cold , not cooked properly and the prices for what you got were way overpriced. Never ever gonna be seen dead near this. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day!

The service was pretty fast and the waitress efficient but the food was truly awful. It would be what I'd expected if I'd gone to a friends house and they'd attempted to cook southern style food from the Tesco value range and poorly executed it. The chicken was dry, over seasoned with garlic and cajun spices, and the garlic bread was burnt and tasted like old socks. It was very overpriced, very overcooked and very poorly presented. I thought I'd been to some dire restaurants before but this topped them all.



Avoid at all costs. There are far better restaurants at Lakeside, actually they're all better.

Half the starters were off the menu that night,starter crockery was not cleared away till the waitress came to the table to put main meal on, and had to clear it herself. Background music was so loud you could not have a conversation and we were put right next door to a adult birthday party group of about 20 people who were given party blowers and party poppers which they proceeded to pop over our heads and in our meal whilst we were trying to eat it.Then, while we were waiting for our coffee we were told to move to another table because another group of people had arrived half an hour or so too early.We were told to be as quick as we could because we refused to move tables until we were finished - which was roughly 10-15 minutes. Then we had to wait to attract attention of the waitress to pay our bill after being kept waiting for about another three quarters of an hour. So much for needing the table so quickly!! No I would not ever go there again if you paid me.And to top it all when I complained-- it was not dealt with.
