Nothing 'gourmet' about the burgers. Mediocre food at inflated prices. Avoid.

My husband and I settled on this restaurant as it had a few vegetarian options for me.
Well, first off, there is NO ambiance to speak of. It's decor and layout was a lot like a canteen. We sat ourselves down after waiting to be seated for ten minutes (there were loads of free tables), and were promptly chastened by the waitress for doing so.
We placed our order, and received our milkshakes (the only decent thing in the place) and waited 55 minutes for our burgers. People seated after us were served first?!?! The orders came and they were wrong AND cold. Another 15 minutes before they came back. They were tasteless, and the chips tasted like oven chips from the supermarket.
I complained, to be offered 10% discount voucher for our return visit (as if we would go back). I declined, and spoke to the manager, and told her we had been in so long, we had missed the start of the movie we had tickets for. I got a full refund.
A very unsatisfactory experience all in all
