This offer is basically 3 courses plus a bottle of wine for just £40. We usually go to Prezos or Strada in the High Street and spend between £55 & £65 for 2 people every Thursday so was not expecting much from The Ivory Rooms, however we were very surprised 3 courses from the a la carte menu and a bottle of wine plus 1 pint of lager was only £43. The food was amazing, the ambience with the pianist was perfect. If there was a complaint the service was not amazing as we had to wait a long time for our deserts. Once when it first opened and again in Oct. Unfortunately still was not very impressed. The decor is excellent the food a good average. It is the service that lets this restaurant down. On both occassions we have waited a long time for the menu and then the wine to come.
