It was awful, the food was cold and badly presented - looked cheap and nasty and the staff was absolutely terrible. When I complained at the end of the night the young girl who claimed to be the manager was really rude and could not care less. It was so bad that i actually called the next day to complain to the real manager and also I wrote a complaint letter to the owner but to be honest they didnt care. Considering we took a lot of people there and spent a lot of money I was totally gobsmacked at the way we were treated. If you want to eat in a place where the staff seem put out even being there, this is the place for you. Presentation and standard of served food left a lot to be desired,food not presented as ordered(chef seems to decide what will be served). Polite complaint about the food seemed to bring out the surlyness in the staff. Couldnt even get drinks order correct. The food seemed to be badly prepared (in one case burnt). The staff gave options and then decided to ignore the choices in terms of both food and drinks (that is of course when staff actually turned up at the table). The selection of beer is poor and comes to the table warm (unlike some of the food).
