Horrible restaurant! Never coming here again!
Horrible restaurant! Gave terrible food that made our mates sick and two of them threw up when they came home. It wasn't cooked well and should have known before as it tasted quite old. Rude staff as well halfway through our meal and are only after the money. Will be going elsewhere next time as there are many better restaurants in elms park and never coming here again for sure!
Horrible restaurant! Ordered food that made all our mates feel sick and two of them threw up when they got home. Can't believe it as spent a lot of money and it was expensive. They don't cook it well and should have known as it tasted really old. Rude staff halfway through meal as well. They only want your money. Going elsewhere next time as many other restaurants in elms park. We are never coming back here again for sure!
went to the bank for fathers day, was very disappointed, chips were not cooked, burgers were chewy, service was awful, your glasses were taken away before you even finished your drinks, staff were not polite, and the owner was very rude, hence my family will not be going there again, complete waste of money, had to put 1 for ratings to submit,
The food was average, my steak was over cooked and highly seasoned, the chips tasted old and soggy. I had to wait over 40 mins between courses. No apologies given. I had to ask for cutlery between courses and for drinks! 3 starters, 3 mains, 3 soft drinks n no change from £80! Overall an uncomfortable experience!
Just what we need
well it was a long time coming but so glad it's here just what Elm Park needs. Family run not a chain has a real home feel to it. Lorraine, Bill and kids along with the staff work very hard and were over run in the beginning I feel they've got the hang of it now after being over whelmed at the start. They'll do well, I'll give them more support....
