Absolutely Magical - I took my great aunt there for her 60th, the service was impecible, the food was delectable and for the price we paid I'd certainly go back - In fact I have several times and it never dissappoints.

I also had the steak which was full, not gristly in anyway, the sauce was smooth and rich, beautifully home made. The selections of wines are a joy and incredibly reasonable given the calibre of them.

Dreadful! Absolutely dreadful! My expectations were not high but I was still disappointed. The steaks were gristly and lacked flavour. The sauce was gloopy and tasted as though it had come from a packet. Soup had several unopened muscles!

Wines by the glass are expensive and not particularly good.

Service was slow staff were inexperienced.

The ambience was lacking and we were disappointed. I live very close to this restaurant but would not cross the road for a free meal there.

I brought my parents here when they came to visit me and it was one of my best dining experiences to date. The whole evening flowed perfectly from start to finish. The food was delicious and the wines were outstanding.

Every component of this night was superb, from the staff to the food, value is amazing and portions are big for a high end restaurant. Ambience is relaxed but also entertaining from the start of the night to the end.
