Staff at TAS in Epping are extremely rude and unfriendly, it is not a place I would recommend, nor would I go back there again.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and were told we MUST buy a drink in the bar before we are allowed through to the restaurant, we thought first of all that it was to save them the job of bringing drinks into the main restaurant. It wasn't until we went to the toilets (which were very nice incidentally) that we realised that it was just to keep us waiting and bump up their revenue, as the restaurant was almost empty.

And it wasn't until we received our meal that we realised why the restaurant was in fancy empty! The food we were served up was cold, dry and completely bland.

Overall, the only good points I can think of about the whole experience were the car parking area was a good size, room for plenty of cars and the interior decor was quite modern and done in good taste.

Not really impressed at all. The food was bland and quite expensive for what it was. I had a burger, which I assumed would be homemade and it was rubbery. The chips were frozen and a few of them were not cooked properly. The oil obviously needed changing as it could be smelt throughout the restaurant and it made the food taste strange.
The staff were very friendly, but I would not go there again......
