Best Thai in town! Good food value for money. If you want a nice Thai meal then try the Lanthai. Their new selection of home made ice cream is a treat to end your meal with. I guarantee, you will not find the same ice cream anywhere else.

Went to the Lanthai by chance a few weeks back as went into town quite late and not many restaurants serve after 10pm unless you opt for a curry. The staff were very welcoming and happy to give suggestions on our choice of food (fussy vegetarian in our group).

Very nice atmosphere in there with traditional decor, music and outfits for the staff, without being too OTT.

Food tasted fantastic and the portions were just right! Have been recommending this place to other friends and family ever since, especially if you are looking for somewhere nice to eat towards the end of a night out.

This is the best restaurant in town, the food is always delicious and the service always friendly. I have been there so many times I have lost count and have never been disappointed. If you love Thai food check it out it's great 10/10

If we have a special occasion in our fammily we sometimes discuss trying a different restaurant but we always end up back there. When it's special you don't want to be disappointed with trying somewhere new and it not being as good. The food is fantastic, the service is very friendly, and meal sizes are good. Only one negative is that if you want a little more rice to mop up those last juices you have to pay for another serving.

But they always deliver on taste!

Lan Thai has a pretty good, varied menu. Something a little bit different than an average Thai. Most Thai restaurants have a rubbish wine list, but Lan Thai is very good in this respect.
