Been to Thai Nava a couple of times over the years.We decided to return on Saturday night.The table was booked for 8pm, our bottle of wine was served almost immediately,it went down hill from there. The service was really slow, after our order was taken we eventually got to our main meal at 10.15. We had finished our drinks an hour before the main meal turned up, by the time we had finished we did not want desserts (11pm), just got fed up with waiting. Even the bill took half an hour and then they had the cheek to charge 10% service on top. £85 quid I could have spent at Toulouse on the seafront. Value for money definatley not!.I believe there are new owners because
the authenticity has gone, no ambience and the staff are dressed in black ti-shirts and trainers!!!!!

Fantastic service -- very friendly. Food was good. Limited ambience but that may have been because we were there fairly early evening. I would go back.

If you like to enjoy thai food of top quality, accompanied by your choice from a perfectly good wine list served by attentive staff in a stylish restaurant, it's simply unbeatable. My one complaint is that it's almost 200 miles from home! 3 or 4 times a year I get to work away from home a couple of days and always eat in Thai Nava at least once.
