Have stayed before and loved it but the food gets better and better- new chef I guess. The venison loin was excellent; the baby carrots the best I have ever tasted and the dessert - chocolate tear drop surrounding raspberry mousse was top West End standard. The wine list was great with a couple of real steals. Service attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel offered a good deal and was warm and comfortable. Great place for a couple of quiet days away.

Stayed with a friend for two nights and ate in both nights because the first meal was so great. Breakfast was very good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was superb and the surroundings lovely. Would travel back from Kent just for the Creme Brulee - best ever!! Chatted with the chef and loved his passion for his food. I would thoroughly recommend The White Hart and would definitely come again.

Had a special birthday family meal here and stayed for an anniversary weekend. Both times services, food and ambience were all excellent. The gardens are fantastic for little ones to run around safely which is very relaxing for the adults. Thoroughly recommend The White Hart for any occasion
