Worst buffet...ever!!!!!

Shanti Indian Cuisine

The 'eat as much as you like' Sunday Buffet is a misnomer. The range of food is minimal when the serving bowls are full. For the most part they stay empty. At any one time they were out of over fifty percent of the dishes and as there was only about ten in total, including rice and nan bread, it was almost impossible to put a complete meal on your plate. We waited forty minutes for drinks to arrive and had to remind them three times during that period. Many people walked out because there was nothing to eat. It may be cheap but that's because there's no food. Avoid the buffet as you would the plague. We left hungrier than when we went in.!!!!

What a great place!

Tutti Grille Braintree Essex

If like me you're really into Italian food then you will love Tutti's. Even if you're not, its still worth going because there is such a wide variety of dishes and bound to be something that will appeal to you. I have been there on several occasions and never had any problems, the service and food is always excellent, the staff are friendly and polite. It can get busy sometimes in the evenings though (as do all restaurants at Freeport) so book in advance if you dont want to wait around.

Amazing

Tutti Grille Braintree Essex

Well, I have to say that I was pretty surprised that a restaurant on a shopping centre could offer such great personal service and really tasty homemade food. Usually I keep it simple when visiting Freeport, a quick starbucks or pizza from Pizza Express, but my mum was paying and she doesn't do pizza!
Really please with the choice.......will definately return for dinner.
Thankss

This curry house tops the rest!

Shanti Indian Cuisine

This restaurant is about quality, not quantity. My husband and I went with 2 friends who had been before and who we often eat out with - we are keen believers in the tasting experience, and being used to swopping plates and sharing forkfulls of food, this was an ideal night out for us. We ordered about 3 different dishes each to share. The food was beautifully presented, tasted divine, and was brought to us by friendly, attentive staff at a suitabley leisurely pace, allowing us to savour the dishes, and enjoy our convivial company. We rounded off the meal with a selection of fab puddings - (gorgeous lemon posset) and coffee. It is not often you actually see the Chef in restaurants so we were impressed by the fact that Chef took the trouble to come out of the kitchen on two or three occassions during the night, checking diners were happy, and taking time to talk to us about the food - we have already booked to go back! -
