Great Chinese Food and Excellent Service, Sunday, 24 August 2008
A very enjoyable evening where we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good, our starter of salt and pepper quid and jasmine tea ribs was fabulous. Mains were also good, the Kung Po Chicken had a good kick to it. Would go back.

Super restaurant with first class, friendy, professional and attentive service. The food was well presented, beautifully cooked and clearly made with the freshest ingredients. Will definitely go back and recommend it to others.

Decent Tapas !!, Sunday, 18 May 2008
The tapas was very good and full of flavour! I would definitely recommend the spanish omlette and the tender pork. We went early evening so it was rather quiet and was lacking a bit of the ambience that had been described in many of the other reviews but this was OK. I think the lunch time deal must be better value than the evening menu. However if you want good Tapas it is worth paying that bit extra.

Fantastic service -- very friendly. Food was good. Limited ambience but that may have been because we were there fairly early evening. I would go back.

Friendly service in a nice village!, Saturday, 29 March 2008
We had lunch on Saturday at the Royal Oak. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant was clean and airy but lacked some atmosphere, I think if I went again I would eat in the bar area which had a little more atmosphere. The food was good for a pub and the fish went down well. However, it was a little bit expensive, in my opinion. All in all, nice for lunch, would probably go back for a pub lunch.
