The Ivory Rooms  located in Billericay offers five different areas, to suit your needs, within the venue.

As well as three bars and the Chantry Suite The Ivory Rooms also has a restaurant. The restaurant is split on two levels with  contemporary styling. The Ivory Rooms serve modern European cuisine and on Tuesday nights feature resident pianist Miguel on a grand piano giving a sophisticated ambience. There are also regular guest entertainers on Thursday nights along with menu special nights on Wednesday evenings providing great value for money.

The Ivory Rooms also hold a civil licence for weddings so you can hold both the wedding and reception at the venue. We have been here on several occasions soon after it opened, Saturday evenings, the 4-3-2-1 offer evenings, Sunday lunch and Thursday lunch deal. On each occasion we have been delighted with our experience. The food is good, we have always had good service and made to feel welcome. I have recommended this to several people and none have been disappointed

VISITED MIDWEEK FOR THE 4,3,2,1 MENU, VERY PLEASED ALL ROUND, ALTHOUGH THE ONE DOWN SIDE WAS THE SERVICE, AFTER BEING SHOWN TO OUR TABLE, WE ORDERED THE WINE AND ALTHOUGH A FURTHER 3 WAITING STAFF ASKED US WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO DRINK, IT TOOK A FURTHER MENTION TO THE ORGINAL WAITER TO ACTUALY GET THE WINE, (VERY SLOW).

THE PIANO ENTERTAINMENT IS A NICE TOUCH, ALTHOUGH IF YOU SIT TOO NEAR, CAN DROWN OUT ANY CONVERSATION.

Visited this restaurant twice now. Once when it first opened and again in Oct. Unfortunately still was not very impressed. The decor is excellent the food a good average. It is the service that lets this restaurant down. On both occassions we have waited a long time for the menu and then the wine to come. I found the whole approach of the staff to be amature, letting otherwise a half decent restaurant down.

WE VISITED NOT LONG AFTER IT HAD OPENED EXPECTING SOMETHING SPECIAL, AND WE WEREN'T DISAPPOINTED! THE VENUE HAS CHANGED COMPLETELY FROM WHEN IT WAS QUILTERS,(THE COLOUR-CHANGING WALLS ARE IMPRESSIVE!). FORM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN TO THE POINT WE SAT DOWN WE WERE GREETED BY 4, YES, FOUR!, DIFERENT FRIENDLY STAFF.THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DEVINE, (AND NOT SERVED IN PORTIONS SO SMALL YOU COULDN'T SEE THEM ON YOUR PLATE).WE WILL DEFINATLEY BE RETURNING AND TELLING ALL OUR FRIENDS TO VISIT.
